O.run(N,True) ... True here means wait=True [4], i.e. the script waits until it ends and is not responding because of this waiting.
Most likely it is not an error, but actually desired behavior.

I suppose this "error" is related to GUI window. Is that right?
If so, do not take care about GUI windows.
