As Robert mentioned, from Python you have access to almost any data.
Moreover, the python interface and its integration in Yade is very flexible and you can define to output whatever, based on whatever condition, at whatever times, .......

Maybe you can create a MWE [1] from your desired simulation - a few particles, a few time steps, describing what should be the output and "monitoring points".
Then it should be easy to help you more specifically.
