Title:
  AttributeError: 'module' object has no attribute 'quantum'

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  When trying to login on dashboard I keep getting AttributeError for
  api.quantum.

  It seems to happen in file 'openstack_dashboard/api/network.py' when
  NetworkClient.__init__() is calling
  api.quantum.FloatingIpManager(request).

  I can see that no 'quantum.pyc' file is generated for 'quantum.py'.
  For all the other .py-files in the 'api' directory a corresponding
  .pyc has been generated.

  I'm using Grizzly trunk.
