Title:
  no way to audit baremetal node instance allocation for correctness

Status in OpenStack Compute (Nova):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  The nova baremetal database records the instance uuid a baremetal node
  has, and this can get out of sync with actual instances allocated by
  nova. There is currently no mechanism to detect or correct this. (See
  bug 1096722 for an example of this occuring)
