  Allow insecure auth via keystoneclient

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Keystoneclient (on pypi) now supports the 'insecure' keyword argument
  so we can pass through the value of OPENSTACK_SSL_NO_VERIFY from
  settings.py.

  This allows connecting to servers with self-signed or otherwise
  invalid certificates for testing purposes.
