  Server ip addresses don't list "type"

Status in OpenStack Compute (Nova):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  When the compute API constructs it's "ips" view, it fails to include
  the (rather important) "type" property, meaning that there's no way to
  differentiate fixed and floating IP addresses when using the /servers/
  API.
