Keystone.

  Server admin Password does not have a minimum complexity policy

Status in OpenStack Compute (Nova):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  OSAPI leaves it to the cloud operator to implement Password policy. However this means that OSAPI does not enforce "Default" password policies.
  Currently:

     1. Long password (255 chars) is allowed.
     2. Whitespaces, tabs are allowed  in the string.

  Im not sure if having a default password policy for OSAPI will take
  away the flexibility from the cloud operator. However at least a
  minimum password policy can be enforced.
