It's been over a year and nobody has worked on this, so I'm going to put
it in the "Opinoin / Wishlist" queue of requests.  It can be reopened if
someone is interested in working on it.  Thanks.

  While creaing the server with adminPass field set with not matching compexity requirements should raise the bad request. But the API tool is creating the server instead of raising the Bad request.

  API tool should raise the bad request.
