[Bug 813793] Re: Resize up from an instance with no local storage not handled properly in XenServer
It seems to work OK now, the disk that is the size of the image, gets expanded to match the flavour size.
Maybe it got fixed during the storage refactor.
Lets make this as invalid for now.

Title:
Resize up from an instance with no local storage not handled properly
in XenServer
Status in OpenStack Compute (Nova):
Won't Fix
Bug description:
Resize up from a tiny instance, which has no local storage, to an
instance with storage in XenServer produces unexpected results.
Nothing explicitly breaks, per say, but this probably isn't the
desired behavior. We should implement resize up from an instance with
no storage to one with storage as creating a disk that's attached to
the instance, consistent with that instance_type.
