[Bug 1156742] Re: Horizon layout problem on IE 10

 

I have tested the latest master against IE10 and it displays exactly as
expected (see screenshot). I'm targeting this against the Ubuntu distro
to see if they have any input on what's amiss in their repo.

  Horizon layout problem on IE 10

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):

Status in “horizon” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  The layout of the dashboard on IE 10 is not correct. The left pane
  appear correct, but the area immediately to the right of the left pane
  contains just the background pattern of the right pane. The right pane
  content is below the left pane content.

  I am not able to login on Chrome, FireFox, or previous version of IE.
  See bug# 1155767.

  I believed I am using the latest bits. I am installing the bits from :
   deb-src http://ppa.launchpad.net/openstack-ubuntu-testing/grizzly-trunk-testing/ubuntu precise main

  The current installed bits are:
  root@cld4b1ubuntu:~# dpkg --list |grep horizon
   ii python-django-horizon 1:2013.1+git201303151101~precise-0ubuntu1 Django module providing web based interaction with OpenStack
