Just wanted to let everyone know that we are live on
https://github.com/stackforge/anvil

This means we can use the great openstack review system (and the tests
and such) now for anvil.

This is one step for anvil, and a giant leap for anvil. Haha.

I have a few patches that need to be moved over that I put into the
yahoo repo before the move, but nothing major.
