  Flavor creation via UI is buggy

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  After a while, UI stopped throwing errors (I think after the 9th
  flavor or so)  when we tried to create flavors from it. We had to
  resort to CLI to get them created
