Hi Sunny, thanks for the report. This bug has been fixed in Grizzly and
Folsom, you might need to update to the latest Folsom release to see the
fix.

  Lack of judgment logic before updating flavor

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  New

Bug description:
  There are two steps when trying to update flavor:
  (1) Deleting the raw flavor
  (2) Creating a new flavor
  When trying to update the raw flavor with an existing name, the second step will throw an exception. However, the raw flavor has been deleted at this time, the new flavor hasn't been created, some flavors are missing. So, maybe we can add some judgment logic before delete operation.
