  keystone-all --version doesn't print version

Status in OpenStack Identity (Keystone):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  keystone-all -h reports that using the --version option will:
  "show program's version number and exit"

  It currently (3/8/2013 pull from trunk) doesn't do that.
