  WSGI.middleware do not catch exceptions

Status in OpenStack Identity (Keystone):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  WSG.middleware do not catch and report exceptions like done for
  Application. and as a side effect this make the exceptions.*
  unavailable for middleware.
