  Horizon should support filtering instances

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  The Users page and Projects page support Filtering table elements
  based on the given string. The Instances doesn't support this feature.
  I've looked at the implementations of the Users and Projects pages.
  Even though they are naive case-insensitive searches, it would be nice
  to have that feature in the Instances page as well. I usually have
  plenty of instances and searching through that page will really make
  my life easy.
