Title:
  The "Updated" field on the Image Detail page of dashboard always stays
  at "Never Updated"

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  The "Updated" field of the Image Detail page of the Dashboard always says "Never Updated". There seems to be a typo on the code.
  The field that has the updated timestamp in the database seems to be "updated_at" and the code is looking for "updated_app".
