Bug description:
  On http://docs.openstack.org/trunk/openstack-network/admin/content/adv_cfg_l3_agent_metadata.html it says "To use OpenStack Compute metadata service, metadata_ip and metadata_port in the L3 agent configuration file need to be configured" but since
