  Problem in instance launching

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Expired

Bug description:
  While we try to launch the instance in dash board we get
  the following error.

  [error] File "/opt/stack-gh/horizon/openstack_dashboard/wsgi/../../horizon/
  dashboards/nova/instances/workflows.py", line 510, in handle

  [error] KeyError: 'port-id'
