  Table column sorting arrows are backwards

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Currently an ascending sort has a down arrow and descending the up
  arrow.

  Looks like the images in
  openstack_dashboard/static/dashboard/less/horizon.less need to be
  swapped. The class names confuse things as headerSortDown is actually
  an ascending sort.

  }
  .table th.headerSortUp {
    background-image: url(/static/dashboard/img/up_arrow.png);
  }
