Unable to reproduce. I tested this bug with Firefox 18.0.2, Firefox 23.0
and Chromium 28.0.15. It looks like it's a Chrome 28.0.1500.95m bug [1],
although there isn't enough information about it.

  Some ascii characters in group name garbled on Group Management header

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):

Bug description:
  Horizon commit: 62428ba3935c7adc8f3c55bc4ffa110c1b855b04 (Havana)

  Observed on (browser): Chrome 28.0.1500.95 m
  Cannot reproduce on: Firefox 22, I.E 9

  Problem: On the Group Management page, some ascii characters are
  rendered incorrectly in the group name, against the "Group Management"
  header.

  Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Login as an Admin user and create a group with the name having some ascii characters, such as "test★test".
  2. Click on Modify users, to land on Group Management page.

  Actual result: The group name displayed on the Group Management header
  is rendered incorrectly on the browser, however it is displayed
  correctly on the Groups page.
