Unable to reproduce. I tested this bug with Firefox 18.0.2, Firefox 23.0
and Chromium 28.0.15. It looks like it's a Chrome 28.0.1500.95m bug [1],
although there isn't enough information about it.

  Some ascii characters in Volume name garbled on Volume Overview header

Bug description:
  Horizon commit: 62428ba3935c7adc8f3c55bc4ffa110c1b855b04 (Havana)

  Observed on (browser): Chrome 28.0.1500.95 m
  Cannot reproduce on: Firefox 22, I.E 9

  Problem: On the Volume Detail page, some ascii characters are rendered
  incorrectly in the volume name, against the "Volume Overview" header.

  Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Create a volume with the name having some ascii characters, such as "test★test".
  2. Click on the volume name to enter the Volume Detail page

  Actual result: The volume name displayed on the Volume Overview header
  is rendered incorrectly on the browser, however it is displayed
  correctly in the Info section.
