  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Partially covered by : https://bugs.launchpad.net/nova/+bug/1199454

  The above bug covers not retrying on 401, but we need not retry on:

   - HTTPRequestEntityTooLarge (image too big)
   - HTTPConflict (duplicate upload)
   - HTTPPreconditionFailed (image deleted during upload)
