Status in OpenStack Neutron (virtual network service):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Having empty or null attirbutes is a fairly normal condition, so the
  event could be logged with DEBUG severity.

  This will allow to remove a lot of output which appears on log
  captures for unit test runs.
