How to reproduce:
1) Images & Snapshots -> select any image -> More -> Edit -> add a description if it does not already exist -> Update Image
2) Select the same image -> More -> Edit -> clear the description -> Update Image

Results:
1) Adds the description.
2) Does not delete the description. It is still there, you can confirm it by looking at the image again.

Expected results:
1) Adds the description.
2) Deletes the description.
