[Bug 1259668] [NEW] Boot from volume causes disk size confusion.

Public bug reported:

If an instance was booted from volume it will show disk size as 0 on the overview page and on the instance detail page.
Disk size should probably represent the size of the primary volume attached to the instance if the instance is boot from volume.

On a related note, flavors "root disk" and "ephemeral disk" properties
are also confusing when using boot from volume. Not sure if this should
be a separate bug or if they are really both part of the same issue
which is that horizon doesn't really know how to represent disk size
with BFV Instances.

Thoughts?
