Status in ANVIL for forging OpenStack.:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  With basic-neutron persona on clean CentOS 6.4, build action fails,
  because rpmbuild fails for openstack-neutron:

  RPM build errors:
      Installed (but unpackaged) file(s) found:
     /etc/neutron/metering_agent.ini
     /etc/neutron/vpn_agent.ini
     /usr/bin/neutron-metering-agent
     /usr/bin/neutron-vpn-agent

  VPN agent and metering angent should be packaged.
