  novaclient not installed on RHEL6.2, stable/grizzly

Status in ANVIL for forging OpenStack.:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Using anvil, stable/grizzly branch, in RHEL6.2

  After doing anvil bootstrap, prepare, install, and start, I tried to do a nova command. But nova didn't exist:
      [rloo@csp0091 ~]$ nova list
      -bash: nova: command not found

  I looked and novaclient was not installed. However, a 'yum ls | grep
  novaclient' shows:

      python-novaclient.noarch                2:2.13.0-1.el6                anvil     
      python-novaclient-doc.noarch            1:2.10.0-2.el6                epel
