[Bug 1262777] [NEW] Display the hostname of DBaaS instance
Public bug reported:
Trove recently added integration with designate. The instance
information will either return the hostname or IP address depending on
the Trove configuration.
We should expose the hostname if available, for cases that trove is
integrated with desginate since the IP address will always be blank.

Changes:
In the instances panel, add a "Host" column that displays hostname, if not available fallback to IP.
Apply the same change in the Overview page as well.
