Glance API does not start when configured with zmq as the rpc backend.

In glance-api.conf, added:
rpc_zmq_host = precise2
rpc_zmq_matchmaker = glance.openstack.common.rpc.matchmaker_ring.MatchMakerRing
rpc_backend = glance.openstack.common.rpc.impl_zmq

The glance common code currently does not have the rpc module, so
I ran oslo's update script to add this module into glance's openstack common.

After trying to start glance api, I get the following error, and there seem to be two issues here,
