allocate_pools_for_subnet is properly updated by previous commits. It
was an error on the test case.

  PLUMgrid plugin returns None on allocation pools for subnet

  Invalid

Bug description:
  The self implemented allocate_pools_for_subnet function is outdated in PLUMgrid plugin and therefore returning "None" instead of the
  proper allocated pool for the corresponding CIDR
