Public bug reported:

In the Overview, "Select a period of time to query its usage", click in
the “From:” box and change the date to Dec 30th.  Once you click on
either 29, 30 or 31, it will change both the From and To dates to March
2014.

Current version of bootstrap-datepicker.js must be udpated since the fix
is already implemented, including other two fixes.
