When I go into the Havana Horizon and create a new keypair, I get the
message


The keypair "n1" should download automatically. If not use the link below.

 Download keypair "n1"

The link on download keypair appears to try to create another keypair.

https://XXXXXX/dashboard/project/access_and_security/keypairs/n1/generate/

I then get an error message

Error: Unable to create keypair: Key pair 'n1' already exists. (HTTP
409) (Request-ID: req-95604242-4281-442d-8afa-3d3003e1bffe)

The link should, as far as I understand, just download the PEM, not
create it again.
