  check if path exists before trying to create it
  (LibvirtNFSVolumeDriver._mount_nfs)

Status in OpenStack Compute (Nova):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  In LibvirtNFSVolumeDriver._mount_nfs is only a call to mkdir to create
  the mountpoint. No check if the mountpoint already exists.
