Title:
  NSX L2 GW extension uses wrong network_id

Status in OpenStack Neutron (virtual network service):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  As NSX and neutron identifiers is not anymore the name, the NSX
  logical switch id should be used to plug the l2 gateway attachment
  into a port.

  This is an easy fix:

               l2gwlib.plug_l2_gw_service(
                   self.cluster,
  -                port_data['network_id'],
  +                selected_lswitch['uuid'],
                   lport['uuid'],
                   port_data['device_id'],
                   int(port_data.get('gw:segmentation_id') or 0))
