Public bug reported:

Click on Project -> Volumes. Create a new volume and volume snapshot.
Click on the Delete Volume/Delete Snapshot button and it will display
the following message:

Success: Schedule deletion of volume/volume snapshot {name}

Since the deletion is not complete at that point, isnt it appropriate to
show this as an 'Info' message instead of 'Success' (like how it shows
when a volume/volume snapshot is created)
