[Bug 1293627] [NEW] When a VM is in suspended status, and the host(a dedicated compute node) get rebooted, the VM can not be resumed after the host is back to active.

 

Public bug reported:

The VM is a ubuntu server 12.04 LTS with one cinder-volume attached.
after I suspended the VM, reboot the host ( which is a dedicated compute
node), the VM can't be resumed when the host is back.
