I would like to request a similar feature like it is in KVM - serial
console (log).

It should be easy to do, I think. Just reconfigure vm one more time and add serial port, redirected to file in VM directory (for example $DATASTORE/$VM_ID/console.log) same as it is in KVM. 
It might be harder to get it using nova console-log but having console.log text file in datastore would be good enough (for now).
