[Bug 1294668] [NEW] Overview usage data not filtered by default dates
Public bug reported:
When one opens the project overview page, the date selectors are set to
the first day of month to the current date.
What should be happening:
Usage data should be filtered by default by those default dates.
What is currently happening:
Usage data shown is only the usage of the current day.
It is important to fix this since this can lead a user to wrong
assumptions regarding project usage.
Obs.: This bug can be verified using the a fix that add the default date
filters set on the page (screenshot attached):
