==Steps to Reproduce==

1. Project > Instances
2. Make sure you have two instances
3. Set Items Per Page to 1
4. Terminate instance on first page

=> Once the Ajax is complete, the table footer will say: Displaying 0
Items | More >>

The More link still has the marker of the deleted item.  And when you
click on it, it will say: "Error, unable to retrieve instances."

You have to press Browser back button to see the 1 item.

Likewise, if you deleted the single item on the second page, it will
refresh the page that it is on, something like
__your_url__project/instances/?marker=c8d32cf3-dfd8-4832-86cb-
1d84362a7ae4.  But now the table footer says Displaying 0 items.  You
have to press the browser back button to go back or remove out the
marker stuff from the url.
