[Bug 1316000] [NEW] VM’s getting two IP-address while provisioning

Public bug reported:

Hi ,

Configuration : 1 controller, 2 compute node[with two subnets defined]

when I am trying boot new VM on any compute node its getting two ip address from both subnets,
i havn't mentioned any nic net-id in nova boot commands,
VM gets created successfully with two ip's [available status] but not able to ping or ssh to it

if I mentioned nic net-id in command then everything works as expected

please let me know if you need more details on this scenario.

Thanks,
Sandeep
