There is a documentation error - extraneous "and" - in the comment
section of class OVSNeutronAgent in
neutron/plugins/openvswitch/agent/ovs_neutron_agent.py.

"For virtual networks realized as GRE tunnels, a Logical Switch (LS)
identifier and is used to differentiate tenant traffic on inter-HV
tunnels. " - "and" is redundant and needs to be removed.
