[Bug 1322295] [NEW] show API version of service endpoint

Public bug reported:

I think it would be nice to see the API version that is currently being
used for each service endpoint, somewhere in the System Info panel.
User can run CLI to get this information, but it would nice to see it on
the UI too.

For example, Identity Service API has v2 and v3, but my version of
Horizon is configured to v2.

Possibly also listing somewhere all the versions 'supported' in Horizon,
and which one is currently 'active'.

** Affects: horizon
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
