Steps to Reproduce:
1.Configure a ml2 plug-in with network type as vxlan.
/etc/neutron/plugins/ml2/ml2_conf.ini
[ml2]
type_drivers = vxlan
tenant_network_types = vxlan
mechanism_drivers = openvswitch,linuxbridge,l2population
2.Create a network .
neutron net-create Net1
