  Horizon doesn't allow more than 25 characters in the name field of a
  flavor

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Horizon only allows having not more than 25 character long name for
  flavors, which results in an error in case a flavor has been created
  outside of horizon and there is a need to modify flavor properties
  (such as access) by clicking the Save button.
