[Bug 1329560] [NEW] NSX sync thread might fail because of a KeyError

Public bug reported:

In a few instances the following failure has been observed:
http://208.91.1.172/logs/neutron/94439/5/413257/logs/screen-q-svc.txt.gz?#_2014-06-12_06_09_35_248

As a result, the NSX sync thread fails - operational statuses are not
updated anymore - and VMs fail to boot because of that.

The issue appears when a not-yet cached logical port is deleted while the synchronization is in process.
The failure does not show up in the synchronisation running when the element is deleted, but rather in the next run of the sync thread.

** Affects: neutron
     Importance: Medium
     Assignee: Salvatore Orlando (salvatore-orlando)
         Status: New
