Steps to Reproduce:
================
1. Click 'Project' --> 'Compute' --> 'Images'
2. Click 'Create Image' 
3. On 'Create An Image' dialog select 'Image Source': Image File
4. Click 'Browse' and select your local image.
5. Fill details on the dialog.
6. Click 'Create Image'.     

Actual results:
===========
'Create An Image' dialog is blocked until the image is active.

Expected results:
==============
'Create An Image' should closed and user can use Horizon

Firefox version 24.4.0
