to run pep8 tests, please use 'tox -epep8'

Bug description:
  This used to work but now it compalins about a --doctest option that
  is being passed to it:

  $ ./run_tests.sh -pep8
  Running PEP8 and HACKING compliance check...
  Usage: pep8 [options] input ...

  pep8: error: no such option: --doctest
