  columns are misplaced after creating snapshot

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Create a Volume. Create a Snapshot from Volume. Notice that the
  controls/buttons are misplaced. But refresh should make them look
  good. Please find attached screen shot.
