[Bug 1361176] [NEW] DB: Some tables still explicitly set mysql_engine

After commit commit 466e89970f11918a809aafe8a048d138d4664299 migrations
should not anymore explicitly specify the engine used for mysql.
There are still some migrations which do that, and they should be
amended.
